Happy Valentine's Day

Hello all! We wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!

So let's see, what has happened recently? Well Jacob continues to be a two year old boy, always into trouble and getting dirty! :) He is currently fighting a little cold, so hopefully Daddy and I will stay healthy! Jacob loves looking for rabbits at the park and walking Buster. I have been working on getting the playgroup here in Pueblo back up and active again. We have our first playgroup next Wednesday, so I really am praying that we meet some good friends!

I have almost completely gotten the camper back to "home" status. The only part I have yet to organize is the office/Jacob's room.

I am loving being able to cook dinner and goodies again. For a long time at home all our pans/food were packed away. So now that I have everything unpacked, I am cooking up a storm! Luckily for me I have about 11 guys that I can take all the goodies too!

Greg's job is going well. He has a great crew that all work really hard. They had some hiccups yesterday, but I think they will all bounce back and have a great job.

I am excited for getting everything cleaned up so I can start making my blankets for the troops again and start scrapbooking! :)

We are getting ready for our trip to China!!! We leave March 30th and will be gone for two weeks. It will be great to see Greg's parents, and share China with my mom and family!! We will be going to the Great Wall, the Teracotta (spelling?) Soldiers, shopping in Beijing!! and so much more! :)

Getting Settled

So we are finally in Colorado City. Greg came down last week, then home for the weekend to finish packing up the furniture. We had a little delay on getting down here Sunday. Our neighbors had to take their cat to the vet, and being the first pet the girls have lost, they wanted to take the older two to say goodbye. We watched Emmy, Jacob's crush, while they took care of everything. It was good for them not to have to worry about Emmy, who is almost 3, while taking care of the emotional needs of the other two.

We finally made it down here around 7, and got some things put away, but I have been doing most of the unpacking while Greg is working. Jacob is getting used to the camper again, and all the different rules! Buster seems to adjust easily, so that is good. The internet is touchy, but other than that, there is a great park, pool, hot tub, laundry, work out room, and doggie run right here in the park.

I am working with another mom to get the playgroup up and running again, I guess it was active for a while, but then died off. So hopefully we can get that going soon.

We will be heading home this weekend to paint the inside of the house, but then will say goodbye! Next week we will be looking for a church down here.

Well I better run and finish unpacking, get some laundry done, and maybe if I am lucky a shower!!! :) hehe!!!
