Well, It is back to school time... Well for most of everyone.  We are still on the road, but I think that we are going to start a little work tomorrow.

We are in Kemmerer, WY and will be here for a few more days.  Greg's Aunt's deck was a little shaky, and Greg thought it was going to be a quick fix, but after a little more exploration we found out that the posts that support the deck are rotted out and the whole deck needs to be replaced.  So after a call to her insurance company and the adjuster coming out and approving the claim, we have decided that we will stay a while and Greg will do all the work on rebuilding it.

Other news in our family, is we have a new member... Rusty a 5 month old Jack Russel/lab puppy!  Jacob loves him, Chloe thinks he is pretty fun, and Greg and I are "loving" the joys of training a puppy on the road... Which if I might add is so hard.  First he is not house trained~ he has been outside most of his life, so visiting family with an un-potty trained dog is very tough.  Second, he is very energetic, and doesn't know yet about jumping up on people or furniture.  Thankfully he has taken to the crate very easy, although Buster (now 6) is not thrilled to be sharing with his crate with this little rug rat!  So now that we are staying up here for a little, Greg's aunt has given us the green light to start potty training him inside, her entire upstairs is hardwoods or tile so it is the perfect place.

So... it has been about 6 years since we trained a puppy and you have any tips, we are more then happy to read them!
